While we do receive emails with pretty out there “celebrity secrets”, we won't entertain them. Our mission is to improve reputations, not destroy them. We have no idea why so many feel we would do this, it’s honestly baffling. The emails are very entertaining though.

Yes, we’ve collaborated with other PR agencies during crises, sometimes alongside as many as eight firms. While it can get chaotic, especially when traditional PR methods differ from ours, we always stay focused on the client’s best interest. Are there fee’s to initially speak with someone about my crisis situation?


Absolutely not, you might chat with us and find us annoying or think we're totally mismatched. Can you imagine having to pay for that experience? It's crucial to genuinely like the team that's helping you through your crisis.
