Reputation is bigger than crisis PR
We work with brands, businesses, founders and public figures across PR, media relations, social media, search and crisis communications. Sometimes we're brought in because something has gone wrong. Just as often, the work is about building the right profile, securing credible coverage, growing an audience or making sure what people find online accurately reflects who you are.
We see those things as part of the same job. Press coverage influences Google, social media influences public perception, search results influence what journalists find and, increasingly, all of those sources influence what AI systems understand and repeat about you.
Crisis PR is a particular specialism of ours, but you don't need to be in a crisis to work with us.
PR & Media Relations
We work with brands, businesses, founders and public figures on proactive PR, from interviews, profiles and launches to thought leadership, expert commentary and longer-term media positioning.
Our crisis work means we spend a significant amount of time dealing directly with journalists, editors, producers and broadcasters. Those relationships aren't only useful when something has gone wrong. We use the same understanding of what journalists need, what makes a genuinely good story and what gets ignored when we're building profiles proactively.
We don't promise a fixed number of articles every month or chase coverage simply to fill a report. Every piece of PR should have a purpose, whether that's supporting a launch, establishing credibility, changing a perception, strengthening what appears in search or reaching the right audience.
