Crisis PR for brands, founders and public figures who can't afford to get it wrong.

We are a crisis PR consultancy based in London, working with brands, businesses and public figures facing media scrutiny, online backlash, leaks, legal exposure and the kind of situations where the response matters more than the incident.

Led by Lauren Beeching, whose work is regularly sought by broadcasters, journalists and universities for insight on reputation and crisis response, every client works directly with senior counsel. No junior handovers, no account layers, no waiting for a call back while a story builds.

Reputational damage rarely begins in the press now. It begins on social, accelerates through search, and settles into what Google and AI tools say about you months after the coverage stops. Most PR never touches that layer. We do, and it is usually the part clients care about a year later.

We don't promise a story disappears. We contain it, control the pace of it, and make sure what remains is accurate, proportionate and survivable.

CRISIS PR
BUILT FOR SEARCH,
SOCIAL AND AI

Traditional crisis PR has two settings. Issue a statement, or say nothing. Both were designed for a world where a story lived for two days and then went into an archive nobody read. That world is gone.

A story now has three afterlives. It sits in search results, where it can outrank everything else you have ever done. It circulates on social, where context strips away and screenshots outlive corrections. And it feeds into AI tools, where a single unbalanced article can become the summary a journalist, investor or employer reads first.

That last one is where most agencies are still asleep. Search engine optimisation is about which pages rank. Generative engine optimisation, GEO, is about which sources large language models actually draw on when someone asks about you. They are related, but they are not the same job. A page can sit on page three of Google and still be the source an AI model quotes, because these systems weight authority, structure and consensus differently to a search ranking.

We work across all three surfaces. That means technical and editorial SEO to rebuild what ranks, GEO work to influence what AI systems retrieve and repeat, platform-level social strategy, content removal and de-indexing where it is available, and press handling that supports the digital work rather than contradicting it.

Every response is built around three questions. Who is watching? What is at stake? What happens next?

Crisis work is not about reacting loudly or quickly. It is about control, proportion and timing. Knowing when to speak, when silence is stronger, when to push for a correction, and when the real work has nothing to do with a statement at all.

Much of our most effective work never becomes public. That is usually the point.

Most crisis work fails because the people handling it don't understand the platforms it happens on. We do. We have spent years running social media accounts at a professional level, which means we know how a comment section turns, how a quote tweet spreads faster than the post it quotes, how TikTok surfaces old content months later, and why a Reddit thread can outlive every article written about it.

That knowledge is not theoretical. We have built and run social strategies for B2B and B2C brands and for individuals with a high public profile, across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Bluesky and YouTube. We understand how the algorithms actually behave, how content is ranked and resurfaced, and what a platform will and will not act on when you report something.

It is the difference between advice that sounds sensible in a boardroom and advice that works at 11pm on a Friday when something is moving. Knowing which platform a story will jump to next, and what happens if you delete a post rather than leave it, is not a communications instinct. It is platform knowledge.

We also offer social media services separately, for clients who want the same judgement applied to growth rather than risk. That covers strategy and positioning, content planning, shoot days that produce a month of material in a day, editing, scheduling and ongoing management.

No engagement pods, no bought followers, no vague promises about virality. Clear thinking, realistic planning and audience quality over follower count, because growth that damages credibility is not growth.

We have worked with brands across retail, hospitality, property and the charity sector, alongside founders and public figures. Whether the work is ongoing social media management, search and reputation support, or a sensitive situation that needs handling quietly, the approach is the same. No noise, no panic, considered decisions.

LAUREN BEECHING

FOUNDER & CRISIS PR STRATEGIST

Lauren Beeching is a crisis PR strategist and a recognised BBC and Sky News commentator, specialising in crisis PR, online reputation and public perception.

She works closely with clients navigating media scrutiny, online backlash, and moments where visibility suddenly feels overwhelming. Her approach is calm, strategic and practical, helping clients make clear decisions under pressure and regain a sense of control.

Lauren focuses on minimising damage, protecting long-term reputation, and supporting clients through difficult situations in a way that feels measured and human.

WHEN SOMETHING BREAKS

PROTECTING REPUTATIONS, MANAGING THE NARRATIVE

In a crisis, timing and clarity matter. Lauren provides tailored strategies designed to stabilise situations, reduce escalation and protect reputation.

This can include media management, online reputation clean-up, or longer-term reputation rebuilding. Every approach is considered carefully, with the aim of helping clients move forward rather than keeping them stuck in reaction mode.

The focus is always on staying ahead of the story and making decisions that hold up beyond the immediate moment.

HOW STORIES TRAVEL

SHAPING THE STORY BEFORE IT SHAPES YOU

Crisis PR isn't just about responding, it's about understanding how stories move and how public perception forms.

Lauren works directly with journalists, media outlets and digital platforms to make sure accurate, balanced narratives are communicated clearly. This can involve media training, statement drafting, or addressing misinformation before it gains traction.

The goal is to make sure the truth isn't lost in noise, and that clients feel supported rather than exposed.
